International Players
If you are an International student interested in playing U10+ soccer with KSYSA, you must complete the 'International Transfer Certificate' (ITC) application, per The Canadian Soccer Association. Please review the document and complete the checklist that applies to you.
Completed checklists, along with required documents, can be emailed to: ksysaregistrar@gmail.com
We will review and send your application to BC Soccer. Application approvals can take 4-6 weeks. Players may not participate in any program until their application has been approved. Once approved, these certificates are valid as long as you remain in Canada. Should you leave Canada, then return, you will be required to complete the application over again.

CHECKLIST C: ITC Application for Minors moving to Canada with their Parents for purposes not related to soccer
This checklist applies to minors who were previously registered in a soccer program, outside of Canada, and are now in Canada for reasons not related to soccer.
CHECKLIST D: Application for Minors – 50km Shared Border Exception
This checklist applies to minors who live within 50 km of a border of a FIFA Member Association and the club is also within 50km of that border (i.e. the border of Canada and the USA)

This checklist applies to minors who were previously registered in a soccer program, outside of Canada, and are now in Canada for an academic exchange program.
CHECKLIST F: ITC Application for Minors in Canada for humanitarian purposes without their parents
This checklist applies to minors who were previously registered in a soccer program, outside of Canada, and are now in Canada, without their parents, for humanitarian reasons.
CHECKLIST G: Minors in Canada for humanitarian purposes accompanied with their parents
This checklist applies to minors who were previously registered in a soccer program, outside of Canada, and are now in Canada, with their parents, for humanitarian reasons.

This checklist applies to minors who have never registered in a soccer program and have been living in Canada for 5+ years.
